Founders
Richard & Judith
Life for Pets was founded by Richard and Judith with a clear intention: to create a place where care for animals is guided by responsibility, expertise and respect for the human–animal bond.
From the beginning, Life for Pets was designed not as a high-volume service provider, but as a carefully structured organisation where quality, wellbeing and long-term impact come first.
A shared vision
Richard and Judith share the belief that true care requires more than technical skill. It requires insight, calm decision-making and the courage to make thoughtful choices — even when that means working at a smaller scale.
Their vision is rooted in:
responsibility over convenience
wellbeing over speed
clarity over promises
long-term balance for both animals and people
This vision shapes every service, program and international collaboration within Life for Pets.
Richard – founder, vision and behavioural insight
As co-founder, Richard brings strategic vision and deep insight into behaviour and wellbeing. His background combines analytical thinking with extensive experience in managing complex environments, where structure, oversight and responsibility are essential.
Richard’s role within Life for Pets focuses on:
behavioural understanding and guidance
strategic direction and quality standards
advisory roles in complex or sensitive situations
safeguarding long-term wellbeing in decision-making
His approach is calm, observant and grounded in responsibility rather than quick solutions.
Judith – founder, care and structure
As co-founder, Judith provides the foundation of care, structure and human-centred organisation. With a background in healthcare management and workplace advisory roles, she ensures that Life for Pets operates safely, responsibly and with attention to detail.
Judith’s focus includes:
wellbeing and safety for animals and people

continuity and reliability in daily care
creating environments that feel safe and predictable
Her work ensures that the values of Life for Pets are not only stated, but lived in practice.
