Richard brings strategic vision and behavioural expertise to Life for Pets. His work focuses on understanding behaviour, wellbeing and decision-making in complex or emotionally charged situations. Observation, analysis and long-term responsibility form the foundation of his approach.
In addition, Richard has extensive experience in organising and managing complex projects and events, ranging from small-scale settings to large professional environments. Her strength lies in creating environments that feel safe, predictable and supportive for both dogs and people. She combines professional structure with genuine attentiveness.
